The Promoter is Capitol Constructions Pty Limited, Trading as Vogue Homes (ABN 84 064 786 885)  (the ‘Promoter ‘). The Promoter’s address is Unit 2, 16 Weld Street, Prestons NSW 2170

The “Offer” is for a one-time, lump sum financial transaction of $250,000.00 in the favour of the  winning entrant.

1. The total maximum value of the “Offer” is $250,000.00.
2. The “Offer” is ONLY redeemable by Automatic Bank Transfer, or Cheque. b. The offer is not redeemable for cash.
3. The “Offer” is not transferable to any 3^rd parties not identified in the Preliminary Works Agreement executed with Vogue Homes.

To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to  this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

2. Subject to the clauses below, entry is open to all residents in New South Wales who have fulfilled the requirements set out below (‘Eligible Entrants ‘). Entrants must be over the age of 18, as of the date of entry.
3. Employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter, associated agencies and companies, contractors or individuals are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse,  child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step  brother, step sister or 1st cousin. 

3. This offer is extended to any client who is an Australian Citizen and who executes a “Preliminary Works Agreement” for the construction of a Residential Dwelling under the following conditions. 
4. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period (defined below): execute a Vogue Homes Preliminary Works Agreement and pay the required fee as stated under the normal terms and conditions set out in Vogue Homes Preliminary Works Agreement for the  purchase and construction of a residential dwelling.
5. The execution and acceptance of Vogue Homes Preliminary Works Agreement must be within the specified Promotional Period, 9:00am 01^st March 2023 and 5:00pm 31^st December 2023. 
6. The “Offer” is only available for clients of Capitol Constructions Pty Limited, t/as Vogue Homes and or its subsidiary brands that are constructing a residential dwelling within Vogue Homes standard service areas. Entrants must comply with all terms and conditions of entry  as outlined in these standard terms and conditions.
7. The competition commences on 01st March 2023 at 09:00 AM and closes 31st December 2023 at 05:00 PM (‘Promotional Period ‘). All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are local times, based on the location of the Promoter. If any draw date falls on a public holiday,  as defined in the state of the Promoter, that draw will be conducted on the next business  day. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
8. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at Promoter’s Premises at Unit 2, 16 Weld Street, Prestons NSW 2170 on 1st February 2024 at 01:00 PM. The Promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning a prize.
9. The winner will be notified by email and telephone within two business days of the draw. 10. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer available from “Vogue Homes” and or its subsidiary brands (Evoke Home and Land).

*By submitting an entry into this competition, entrants’ consent to receive promotional and other  marketing messages from the Promoter (including messages sent electronically for an unlimited  period of time). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in  each message sent by the Promoter.

**Given the financial nature of the promotion, each entrant whether an individual or corporation,  must seek independent legal and financial advice as to how the prize may effect their individual  financial circumstances, including but not limited to the individual or corporation’s taxation  liabilities.
