Items to consider when identifying potential hazardous:

Is there a risk of injury due to fall zones & penetrations not being protected? (e.g., stair voids, roof areas, balconies)
Are there any slips, trips, and falls impacting on the safe access and egress?
Can something fall on me or can I cause something to fall onto someone else?
Is there a risk of workers or pedestrians being hit by moving plant and/or motor vehicles?
Is there a risk of injury due to open trenches or excavations?
Is there a risk of injury due to poorly stored/delivered materials and/or equipment?
Is there a risk of workers coming in contact with the overhead or underground services?
Is the scaffold tagged and safe for use?
Has the stairwell and open penetrations protection system been installed?
Is there a safe path of travel to all work areas, and have all trip hazards been identified?
